South Park

South Park is an exceptional development of two pairs of town houses, situated in the prestigious South Buckinghamshire commuter belt town of Gerrards Cross.  Built as two pairs of substantial semi detached dwellings, one pair was constructed in brick, the other pair in render to showcase their individuality. The use of underground car lifts offered safe and secure state of the art parking, optimising the outdoor space. 

Originally a 2,500 sq ft detached house built in the 1940’s, M Glynn Builders were approached by our client to demolish the existing house and replace it with four new dwellings, each 2,500 sq ft in size and spread over three floors. The development is perfectly located, close to all the amenities that Gerrards Cross has to offer and a short walk to the train station which provides a frequent service to London Marylebone.

M Glynn Builders was the main contractor for our client and delivered the site within the agreed timescale and on budget.
